To get this hat you must complete a quest for Fleet Master Firallon of the Bloodsail Buccaneers. What’s that you say? Bloodsail Buccaneers hate you? Of course they do, thats why first you must raise your Bloodsail Buccaneers reputation to friendly. The only way to do this is to repeatedly kill those lovable little green goblins of Booty Bay. This generally leads to nasty feelings from the goblins and trouble in the future, but for those who’ve done it, it couldn’t be more worthwhile.
So what do you get for betraying the goblins and becoming a pirate.
Well first you get this swell looking hat.
And then you get this sweet noncombat pet that can be summoned by using the hat.
And finally you get to be the envy of everyone else who wants to be a pirate and yell YAAAARRRRR at the top of their lungs.
